Once again, we’ll keep this simple. Supplements are just that – an addition to your daily diet. Who needs them? Oh, just about every human on the face of the earth.
The food supply has become highly processed and deficient in many nutrients. The daily stress of "living" (work, bills, traffic, responsibilities, etc.) puts a tremendous strain on the body. Add exercise to this equation and you’re talking about a tremendous amount of nutrient "re-fueling" needed by your body just to maintain the status quo.
To actually remain energetic, not get sick and not get run down requires a certain amount of additional dietary support. To actually lose fat and add lean body mass requires A LOT of additional dietary support.
The problem has always been that most of these products are, well…GARBAGE! We’ve tried everything over the years, most of it being completely worthless. However, there are a few good ones. New research and technology has brought about some really great products.

Remember, before you even consider using micronutrients (vitamins, fat burners, etc.), make sure you're getting the proper amount of macronutrients (i.e. protein, carbs and fats), especially protein. Biotest's protein powder, Metabolic Drive, is the best available. Unless you want to consume two whole chickens everyday to reach your goal of 1 gram of protein per lb. of bodyweight, use Metabolic Drive.
